Access our financial documents here. We believe in transparency and letting our donors know exactly how the money is being spent. When we raise funds most of the money goes directly to scholarship funds, however, we do have minor operational costs such as domain fees, marketing fees, and occasional thank you gifts to our amazing board members (who are ALL volunteers!).

In 2020, we were simply a team of folks organizing and our funds were primarily from friends and family.

We gained fiscal sponsorship in 2021 and now we are able to accept funds under our fiscal sponsor’s EIN. Hack + is our fiscal sponsor and you can learn more about them here.

In 2021, we spent less than 5% of our funds on operational costs.
